Foundation for Tourist’s Rights Protection is a registered non-profit, non-political, Non-Governmental (NGO) Organization officiating to palisade the rights and interests of Tourists, Travelers and Tourism stake holders, forging an unassailable and venerable Tourism worldwide. FTRP serve to help all the Tourists, Travelers and Tourism Agencies file their authenticated complaints and grievances under circumstances that abnegate the rights of a tourist or traveler. We succor and represent them in the befitting forum established by the law of the land. Consumer, Criminal and Civil suits can be addressed.

We have a venire of lawyers, retired judicial officers and subject experts to advice the complainant so as to attain justice.

We avail you to suffice notices, file complaints and to represent you if necessary before Government agencies, court of law and other appropriate forums. Our aim is to strive for better ameliorate Accountability, Credibility and Quality (ACQ) in service in the Tourism Sector.

What we do?

After receiving and registering your complaint, we make a formal enquiry and shall advice you about the merit and scope of your complaint and the follow up action to be done. If on enquiry it is found that the complaint is genuine we shall help and assist you voluntarily to pursue your complaint and do everything possible to redress your grievances and make you happy. For consumer cases, engaging solicitor/lawyer or other professional, you don’t have to make any payment.
